2025 Yoga in the Park

Join Paducah Parks & Recreation in Noble Park for a free yoga series with instructor Sierra Irwin. Participants must be at least 14 years of age. Bring your own yoga mat. There is no pre-registration required. Register on site at the classes at Shelter 4 in Noble Park. Shelter 4 on is on the east side of Lake Montgomery between the pickleball courts and the Boundless playground.

2025 Park-a-Palooza

The Paducah Rotary Club is holding Park-a-Palooza on Saturday, April 26 from 1 until 4 p.m. at the Pat & Jim Brockenborough Rotary Health Park located at 421 North 13th Street. There will be health screenings, inflatables, music, games and other activities. 

This event aims to provide the community information about the Community Scholarship program that is supported by the Rotary Club.

Drug Take-Back Event on April 26, 2025

The Paducah Police Department, in partnership with McCracken County ASAP, will participate in a nationwide initiative to help prevent prescription drug misuse and theft by offering the public a safe and convenient way to dispose of potentially dangerous medications.

Community members are invited to bring their expired, unused, or unwanted prescription drugs — pills and patches only — for safe disposal on Saturday, April 26, 2025, between 1 P.M – 4 P.M. at

Southside Community Gardens Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The community is invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Southside Community Gardens on Saturday, April 26 at 2 p.m. The gardens are located at 1227 Tennessee Street near the intersection of South 13th and Tennessee Street.

At the 2024 Strategic Planning session for the Paducah Board of Commissioners, City Commissioner Raynarldo Henderson initiated a conversation about adding community gardens to Paducah’s Southside. The goal of the Southside Community Gardens Project is to help alleviate food insecurities by providing fresh produce to residents.
