2024 Pumpkin Walk
Paducah Parks & Recreation is hosting a Pumpkin Walk on the Peck Education Trail in Bob Noble Park this fall. Community members are invited to visit the Pumpkin Walk as a fun, safe, and festive way to celebrate the fall season. The 2024 Pumpkin Walk will be open daily until dusk from Friday, October 11 through Thursday, October 31. Parking is available near the Nature Trail entrance and by the Noble Park Pool.
Local businesses, individuals, and organizations are encouraged to showcase their talent by registering for a scene along the Pumpkin Walk and then painting one or more pumpkins. Each scene along the Peck Education Trail is approximately 5 feet wide by 3 feet deep and will be provided two large straw bales. The individual or group will set up their pumpkins at the scene before opening day on October 11. There are 20 scenes available and are first come first serve.
To reserve a spot, submit a completed Pumpkin Walk Guidelines Form to the Paducah Parks & Recreation Office located inside the Robert Cherry Civic Center at 2701 Park Avenue or email it to parkinfopaducahky.gov. The form has additional rules and information. All fees are waived for 2024 so it is free to participate. Registration begins September 16 and concludes October 3.
